Kinks drummer will please their fans

Kinks fans look forward to the upcoming November weekend when they see former members of the London pop group perform on stage at the Boston Arms.

The Kinks drummer Mick Avory joins other members of the Kast Off Kinks for an afternoon of bringing those Kinks favorites on stage in Tufnel Park next month.

Tickets are available to book for the Fan Club meeting at the Dome, Tufnel Park (Boston Arms) at 1 pm on Sunday 20th November. The five-and-a-half performance will feature Dave Clarke, Mick Avory, Mark Haley, and Mike Steed (Bass) augmented by Bob Henrit, Debi & Shirlie,

They will be joined by The Cherry Tops (Vocals) from Sweden and the Oslo Brass. Pete Watkins will be playing songs from MH &Showbiz with possibly more guests to be confirmed.

There will also be a few merchandise stalls that will please the fans.

Tickets are £25 with payment by bank transfer to – Official Kinks Fan Club (1996) 20-85-13, acc numb 00458090 or payment by cheque to the above address. Overseas can book and reserve to pay and collect on the door.

Organiser William Orton tells us “we do not expect any Covid limitations this year but may choose to limit numbers anyway for comfort”.
